About Oknola
Oknola is the company. Ricardo is the founder building it — in the open, one module at a time, on a structure that already runs a real business.
The origin
Oknola is built by Ricardo Cardona, a solo operator running his own business exactly this way — one person, one structured folder of plain files, AI as the team.
Behind it sit ten years and 100+ business systems delivered for real companies. The structure came first, out of necessity; Oknola is that system, productized for one-person scale. Every module ships because it was needed in a real business — not because a roadmap slide said so.

How we're building it
What's shipped says live. What isn't says early access. Nothing on this site pretends otherwise.
Your business lives in files you own, on your machine. We store nothing.
Every file follows the Open Knowledge Format — an open standard, not ours — organized by Indexed Brain. If you leave, everything goes with you.
The free app first, then paid modules — each validated by the waitlist before the next one starts.
Follow the build itself — the systems, the decisions, the code-adjacent mess.
ricardona.devEarly access
Early access opens in waves. Your biggest time-sink shapes what ships first.
No spam. Build notes and early access, nothing else.
